RADICAL - Lucrarea cu adolescentii
The Bible Club ministry is the youth program of the church. We have a whole group meeting three times a month for edification, worship and community building, and once every other month for whole group evangelism. But the life of the youth group takes place in small groups. Here the students seek to cultivate “the six priorities of a healthy disciple of Christ” (i.e., community, worship, Bible study, service, prayer and evangelism). We also have a personal discipleship program for every new believer to help him set the foundations of his new life in Christ. Since sports are big in Romania we use them as a means to cultivate friendships with our lost friends, and expose them to a healthy community of followers of Christ. As they are ready for more, we present the gospel in non-threatening ways that are relevant to them (i.e., panel presentation, natural interaction, object lessons etc.). Finally, we invite them to visit other activities of our youth group. |
